I think this is the first one, but it makes sense, provided there is the space at Wynyard for them.

Re: Timetable Changes 2024,
While I was browsing the timetables page on transportnsw.info , I noticed there seems to be new timetables issued for CDC NSW region 4 dated 10/03 (Sunday).
E.g.
https://transportnsw.info/routes/detail ... /625/14625
Is this another timetable revision or a wider service change for region 4?

^ I noticed this when browsing the trackwork timetables for the North West Metro. Former operator code was 23 (Hillsbus) , new code is 14 (CDC NSW R4).
Re: Timetable Changes 2024,
Changes to route 356 come in on Monday resulting in a reduction of services extending from Eastgardens and the one stop to Pagewood.
Only every second service will now head to Tingwell Bvd.

Re: Timetable Changes 2024,
The note for “Temporary Service Changes” for U-Go routes appears to have “ended” according to AnyTrip. Does this mean services reinstated?
Re: Timetable Changes 2024,
Sydney Olympic Park major event routes 5A, 5B & 8 have been published for Sunday 10/3/2024. These routes would have been inadvertently published when all CDC NSW Region 4 route data output was recently uploaded. There are no major events scheduled at Sydney Olympic Park for Sunday 10/3/2024.
Re: Timetable Changes 2024,
I saw an article today confirming full service has been resumed by U-Go. Sorry cannot remember where it was to source it!Randomness wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2024 1:13 am The note for “Temporary Service Changes” for U-Go routes appears to have “ended” according to AnyTrip. Re: Timetable Changes 2024,
After seeing a notice posted at Macquarie Uni Station Stand D yesterday, it seems that CDC NSW Region 14 will be implementing new timetables for some of its routes from March 31, 2024 (which also happens to be Easter Sunday). I don't have a photo of the notice now, but will be travelling to the university again today and see if I can photograph the notice (which doesn't seem to appear on the transportnsw.info website).
PDF timetables reflecting this change are available when searching for bus timetables for Region 14 routes from the Routes and Timetables page on transportnsw.info
Changes that I can see:
197: -adjustments to peak frequencies from Macquarie Uni and removal of additioanl short workings to Austlink in PM peaks. PM peak services from Macquarie Uni to Mona Vale continue to operate on a 30 min frequency.
280 - Adjustments to peak frequencies from both Chatswood and Warringah Mall in AM and PM peaks - 20 min frequencies during peaks. Off peak departures from Warringah Mall will also be adjusted/
565 - increased Sunday trips - hourly instead of once every two hours
575 - adjusted peak frequencies - service adjusted from every 20 to every 30 minutes in peaks.
Any further information or observations about this service change are welcome.

280 is being taken over by Keolis Downer Northern Beaches. Temporary arrangement apparently due to a driver shortage.

With Route 137 merging into Route 280, I wonder if the takeover by Keolis Downer is permanent.Linto63 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 20, 2024 11:37 am 280 is being taken over by Keolis Downer Northern Beaches. Temporary arrangement apparently due to a driver shortage.

Re: Timetable Changes 2024,
^ Temporary change due to a staff shortage in R14. This route was chosen most likely due to Warringah Mall terminus
being close to R8 Keolis-Downer Brookvale Depot.
I noticed that some of the route changes mentioned a ‘staff shortage’ as one of the reasons for route changes. I wonder if when there are enough drivers for R14, will there be adjustments again?

Re: Timetable Changes 2024
Plus the fact that route 280 parallels route 160X for much of its route meaning training only needs to be done on the Brookvale to Frenchs Forest section.Stu wrote: ↑This route was chosen most likely due to Warringah Mall tern is being close to R8 Keolis-Downer Brookvale Depot.
Re: Timetable Changes 2024,
Hard to say, may just be a convenient excuse to cut those permanently. While there are some cuts there are also some extra services so can’t say really.Stu wrote: ↑Sun Mar 24, 2024 3:53 am ^ Temporary change due to a staff shortage in R14. Re: Timetable Changes 2024
Although not specifically mentioned in today's press release about region 8 and 14 service changes, route 280 has been added to the region 8 map and deleted from the region 14 map. Maybe the transfer is permanent?

Re: Timetable Changes 2024,
In the Transport Info release last week, the list of route changes is rearranged with region 8 routes first and then route 14. Route 280 was placed after route 238 (region but before route 141 (region 14) which also suggests that the transfer maybe permanent?

Re: Timetable Changes 2024,
Looking at the network map above, both the 141 and 193 are classified under 'Local' instead of 'Bus services to other areas', which might suggest that the two routes are also being passed to KDNB. However while the 280 has an unavailable timetable post 31 March, the timetables for both the 141 and 193 still have CDCNSW R14 as the operator, which makes this quite confusing - perhaps it was an error on the map?
I might add, it's about time they simplified the 565. I was thinking about getting it once but a look at the network map made me change my mind very quickly. Unfortunately it still looks like a mess.

Re: Timetable Changes 2024,
Maybe 141 and 193 are shown as local because they go to Manly and Warringah Mall, but not sure really.
If you choose a date on https://transportnsw.info/routes/detail ... /565/37565 of 2nd April or later, you'll see there is only one variant each direction now. Still circuitous, but consistent at least.

Re: Timetable Changes 2024,
Possible changes coming for Route 920 Parramatta to Bankstown.
There are now two TfNSW links for this route. Pre- 29 April https://transportnsw.info/routes/detail ... /920/13920 and Post- 29 April https://transportnsw.info/routes/detail ... /920/31920
The Pre region code 13 matches Transit Systems Region 3, while the Post code is 31 - i.e. U-Go Mobility Region 10.
Perhaps U-Go will essentially be taking back the whole of the ex-M92, but keeping it as separate routes 920 & 960.
