Any Known Aussie Drivers In London?
Does anyone recall any instances of Australians being bus drivers for LT or it's successor London Buses based at certain bus garages, behind the wheel of RTs, RMs, DMS, Metros or Ts? It would be very interesting to hear.

No clue. Although I reckon there's a good chance a lot of LT/London Buses staff have wound up in Australia over the years. I wonder what their perspective is of Australia vs London?

There was indeed an ex London bus driver at STA M depot when I worked there. Ironically, his old Blighty accent was hard for me to understand! What I did understand was his recollections of the incredible sound the RMs made as you drove them and he liked the sound of the 510 engines in the LS class (the 437 Leyland Nationals LT ran at one stage).
I remember he mentioned he liked mo3143 the single door PMC Mercedes O405 coach with highway diff. He was on the Scania 14.5m roster.
