2981 just seen on Purple CAT near Parliament House bound for UWA via PCH. Does Claisebrook still need extra buses at this hour?

Like I said here, a bus is allocated from Fremantle to Claisebrook as their spare bus. It appears 2981 is that spare bus at the moment. A bus is a bus to Claisebrook, they'll send it out.Enviro 500 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 28, 2023 12:36 am 2981 just seen on Purple CAT near Parliament House bound for UWA via PCH. Effectively Claisebrook has a spare bus from Palmyra at all times, I suppose.

3431 is fitted with Pioneer speakers throughout.
Was it intended to be a Perth CAT bus or are they planning on doing announcements on normal busses?
Maybe just on the Perth - Armadale express routes since I still see people complaining "the bus missed my stop".

It's probably worth re-iterating the point that due to school holidays and the adjustment that requires to both fleet movement and scheduling, you may see something that will appear unusual from time to time.
Don't get too excited if you spot something that appears out of the ordinary when it is in fact ordinary under current circumstances.
