I note that out of respect for their tourist passengers, they do not cover the windows with perforated advertising....

It's nothing to do with being out of respect to the customers, this is what the advertisers wanted.

We have had wraps that have covered windows before.

I think that the advertisers would prefer more coverage area by covering the windows, but this operator is in the business of people seeing out windows, so I would think they would insist on the windows not being covered.

If the advertiser wants the window space and pays for it then they can get it, it comes down to what the wrap is too look like and how much detail it includes.

From memory out of the numerous qraps we have had this is only the 2nd or 3rd to not cover the windows.

It defeats the purpose of a sightseeing tour if there's wrap over the windows. I'd be asking for a refund if I rolled up and saw that the bus had wrap over the windows!

It should be government mandated that no window to be covered ever and the advertisers to live with it!
NSW, the state that embraces mediocrity.

Good luck with that, unless the government own the vehicles then there is no way they could enforce that.

Or sit upstairs where there are no windows.
