The Eynesbury community website at http://www.eynesburyonline.com.au/ has an enticing item about their community bus. The headline scrolls quickly in their community news section. The item isn't public and you need to sign up and log on to view.
However googling on Eynesbury Community bus provides the following item: http://www.eynesburyonline.com.au/index ... &Itemid=87
So it's essentially a school service, day shopper patronage apparently being insufficient to be worthwhile (after a month's trial).EYNESBURY COMMUNITY BUS
The Community Bus Service that was initiated by the Developer on 22 April 2013 will be modified in response to the lack of patronage by residents of Eynesbury.
From tomorrow 28 May 2013 the service will NOT be running to Bacchus Marsh or the Melton Bus Exchange or the Melton South Railway Station.
The Eynesbury Bus Service will be carrying passengers from Eynesbury to Exford Primary School and Staughton College in the morning, and from those destinations back to Eynesbury in the afternoons. Arrival and departure times remain unchanged.
Further digging revealed a school bus timetable which can be viewed at http://www.eynesburyonline.com.au/index ... &Itemid=86
A more direct link to the three routes involved is at: http://www.eynesburyonline.com.au/image ... e_2013.pdf
The Eynesbury Examiner October/November 2012 had an article about the Exford school service http://www.eynesbury.com.au/_content/do ... v-2012.pdf
FUN FACT: Did you know that separate letter boxes are banned in Eynesbury? Instead they must be built in to the front fence/wall. See the design guidelines from a link above.
