I find it bewildering that on the Endeavour trains people will still attempt to exit from the door that faces the guards / drivers section despite a big paper sign being plastered on both doors saying passengers are required to exit from the Middle doors only. This actually happened on a train on the way to work the other day and passenger almost missed their stop because of their decision. Can't say as annoying as it is to only have middle door boarding and exiting I can't blame NSW Trainlink for this one.

It's only a sign, and there's nothing physically preventing you from using those doors doors to board or alight (the door still opens), so it doesn't surprise me that people still do it. In the rear car, that area is part of the guard's work area though, so even pre-pandemic it never made sense for passengers to be in that area.

I've broken that rule myself on numerous instances before when I've been boarding cars 2/3 of a 4-car train, as the reason for that rule being in place (to keep distance in place between passengers and crew) doesn't really apply when the driver and guard are in cars 1 & 4.

Just annoys me but doesn't make me angry but when you come down a narrow road (or street) and you stop to let another car come past but they don't give you the "hand wave" as in thank you.

No big deal but a little courtesy goes a long way as they say.

Hmmm maybe the Peninsula area of the central coast isn't quite as bad as I think as there's this underpass under the railway at Woy Woy where cars from one side must wait and give way to any coming the other way.
I nearly always get a wave just for observing this rule and giving them way.

I've seen other models go for $600 - $1000 but never have I seen $11,000 before, someone has either won the powerball or this is one collector with disposable income. It's by far the largest combination spanner I've seen -or held.
