Well, going by the angle of the sun and the moon... that would be the entrance (on the way in) to Hobart College or whatever they call themselves these days.
Think they call it the "Hobart Campus of the Tasmanian Polytechnic"

Is that exact enough?

PS - saw you in this today, gave you the pleasantry of the bird but you didn't seem to see it....
