SCOOP!! New Kiwi Bus Builders coach.
Hot off the production line on a test run.... I had to sprint to get this photo, hence its poor quality... but ....
This appears to be the new look for Kiwi bodied coaches and it looks a whole lot better than the previous designs.
Unsure of chassis, but this will be heading to Nimons and Sons of the Hawkes Bay.

Its pretty much the same, most of the design has gone into the front, where those Infamous and horrible BMW "3 series" lights have been replaced.Tas Bus Nut wrote:Looks OK from the front. Be interesting to see what the rest looks like. Well done!!

It was a tag axle and I'm pretty sure it was Euro.... probably Volvo considering its Nimons...ka9102 wrote:Vitalstatistix wrote: Unsure of chassis, but this will be heading to Nimons and Sons of the Hawkes Bay.

What is the purpose of triple headlights?I have seen coaches here in Australia with them.

Re: SCOOP!! New Kiwi Bus Builders coach.
This bus is currently sitting in the Nimons yard, and boy, what a nice looking unit. It is registered now (didn't catch what it was) and also awaiting the nimons sign writing and a fleet number.
On the whole though, a very nice looking coach. Does anyone know if it is a 13.5?

I get the impression that front is of factory Volvo type design.

Considering its a C59F body it would be a 13.5m coach...NZBusBoi wrote:Does anyone know if it is a 13.5?

Pacific Tourways now have one with a Scania Chassis under it. Saw it in Auckland today.
