Just checking what people think. First attempt, an imitation of a Bristol route.

Pretty good. Just make sure that all your images are the same. For example on a couple of them all the text moves a bit. The parkway station one is also a little short, but otherwise it looks great!

MIE is not as complicated as it looks once its setup.
But unlike Mobitec ZEdit it can only be used for one set of signs as its designed to be registered to a company!

It's a matter of trial and error (well that's how I did it anyway). I just inserted the Cityrail bitmap into the sign, then edited it til I thought it looked right

Hi acbest,
There used to be a link to download a copy of MIE Evaluation version floating around somewhere. But if you just wish to recreate destination signs, then use Mobitec ZEdit which far more easier to use.

Does anyone know where this link is? I already use Zedit, but would love to have a play around on MIE!

Because that's what they actually look like... saves some desto space too - a big (13x9) M would take two more dots than the little (7x8) M

I'm aware of that, but why did STA make the M small on the M52 desto?

Perhaps to keep the route number at a standard of 26 dots across, including spacing?

EDIT: Or the M is small because it plays no significance in route number, and its only there for political reasons

For some reason I can't get the route number to work properly. I could do before but can't remember how. It comes up with run time error.

When placing as my avatar it seems to say that it is not within the size limits when in the first sentence clearly states the size which is allowed.

Maximum dimensions; width: 150 pixels, height: 150 pixels, file size: 97656.25 KiB.

The maximum width is 150 pixels, and that desto is 300 pixels wide. Hence not within the size limits.
