Does anyone out there have any interior photos of either of the 2 Logan City Bus Service Volgren bodied Volvo B12BLEA artics? I am trying to replicate one in LEGO patterned after my previous TransPerth Volgren bodied Volvo B12BLEA LEGO model and cant find any interior photos to use as a reference.
I have 90% of the design down pat based on my previous LEGO Volgren Volvo designs (a TransPerth B1BLEA and B7RLE and a Brisbane Transit B7RLE) and based on the exterior pictures I can find with Google but I am looking for some information to help me with this model or some photos of the relavent area that might provide this info:
1.Do the 2 Logan City B12BLEAs have the same red on the floor at the front as the TransPerth and Brisbane Transport Volgren Volvos?
2.Does the bus have a seat just behind the driver like on the TransPerth Volvos or does it have the space for people to put bags etc going all the way forward like the Brisbane Transport Volvos?
and 3.What colors are the various seats in the bus (from the one interior video I found on YouTube it looks like all of the seats behind the turntable are blue except possibly the seat right across the rear as are the seats immediately in-front of the turntable and I also have evidence that at least some of the seats are red but I cant find enough interior info to know which seats are red and which are blue.
Information on the best time and place to go if I want to spot (and ride) 555 or 556 would also be appreciated as a ride on either bus would give me more than enough information to complete my LEGO model.
For the curious, this LEGO model (if I can get it built) and my Brisbane Transport Volvo B7RLE will be making an appearance at the AMRA train show next weekend.

Best time and place is easy. Springwood around 8am on a weekday. Could also try hanging out at Elizabeth St from 4pm to 6pm and one of them should come through on a 555. As for the interior, I can't think of any photos I have, but from memory: The 'no standing area' is the same as the Volgrens at BT, and the seats are the same blue and red as BT, just without the 'Brisbane' logo. As with all, all normal seats are blue, and seats reserved for disabled etc. are red. But yeah, they're pretty easy to find on a 555 in peak.

Ok, thanks for the info, looks like what I can do is to build it then take it (and my camera) with me and hang around stations on the 555 route in the morning or afternoon peak until one shows up doing a 555 and then ride it and sit there making notes about what to change to make it accurate.

Springwood is the best because you have both directions at the same platform, which will make it easy to jump on either, and should average one every 7.5 minutes.
Re: Photo/info request: Logan City Bus Service 555/556
Thanks for all the help guys.
Wound up at Springwood soon after 8am and sat there watching buses go by. Then one of the 2 Custom Coaches bodied Volvo B12BLEAs went past, ignored that, it was then about 9-9:30 or so and I was about to give up and try again in the afternoon peak when 556 showed up heading back to Loganholme. Jumped on it, started making notes and stuff, then when it got to Loganhome, I sat there watching it in the layover bay until it went back to do an inbound 555 where I then caught it all the way to Garden City.
So I now have all the info I need regarding the 2 LCBS Volgren bodied Volvo B12BLEAs as well as all the info I need about the BT B12BLE double-rear-axle model (which I have also modeled in LEGO) and the BT B7RLE (which I previously built and then turned into the B12BLE and would build again if I had enough parts). Although getting the info for the B7RLE was hard because at the time I was at Southbank Busway Station in the middle of a massive crowd of schoolkids (probably around 2:30 or so) and everything that went past was not a Volvo, was a double-axle B12BLE or was going off to the middle of nowhere (ended up on a bus that took me to PA Hospital Busway Station which I got off at mistakenly thinking it was Boggo Road and then had to find another bus going where I needed)
Oh and if anyone wants to see my B12BLEA or my B12BLE, come to http://brisbanemodeltrainshow.com.au/ this weekend as both will be there

B7s are at Carina, there shoulda been 200/204/222s going past South Bank all going to Carindale.
But glad to hear you found one told ya one would come through Springwood eventually

Yeah I did see B7s heading to Carindale but with the crush of schoolkids (who seemed to be getting on those buses) and the general fullness of the things I didn't want to get on one. That and I didn't want to go towards Carindale (I caught the other one thinking I could get off at Boggo Road and transfer straight to a GC Line train back home but then when I got off at the wrong place my plans changed and I went home via other ways)
I currently have an LCBS B12BLEA with custom stickers showing it doing a "555 Elizabeth Street") and a BT B12BLE with custom stickers showing it doing a "111 8 Mile Plains Via Busway" (I know it should be "8 Mile Plains BUZ via Sth Busway" but there wasn't enough room on the sticker for the BUZ and Sth part) and will no doubt build more Translink Buses as my parts collection allows (only problem is that so many of the buses around here are those Bustech buses with that sloping window that just cant be modeled in LEGO)

I have now fixed the desto to properly read "111 8 Mile Plains BUZ Via Sth Busway"
For reference, I am using a font titled Mobitec (13 x 9) for the desto signs (its not a perfect match but its as close as I can get short of grabbing a photo of the desto and manually drawing it in dot by dot) and a font called NumberPlate2.2.2 (which I grabbed via the QLD personalized plates site for the number plates.
Got my B12BLE with correct stickering for bus G5009 (including number plates, desto sign for 111, bus number stickers, Translink logo and Volvo logo) and my B12BLEA with correct stickering for bus 555 (again including number plates, desto sign for 555, bus number stickers, Translink logo and Volvo logo)
Wish I could figure out a way to replicate the Bustech bodies with the sloping windows in LEGO, then I could add a Surfside model to the fleet
