There are hawks and doves in every nation and XI has now realised he needs Australia as much as we need China with so many unemployed university graduates especially as they are stuck with trucks and planes like America and they have to buy the Japanese SC maglev from Japan because they cannot go fast with only 1 cm clearance and it costs too much to build and maintain the Chinese maglev.
