I tried putting the following into AI to video free to see what happened.
With a 30,000 space carpark below ground and a Japanese maglev to Melbourne via Canberra and Albury the Parrahub 5,000 units in the 300m diameter by 300m high would be the best value in Sydney.

Re: Parrahub and Sydney to Melbourne Maglev via Canberra
I went to the Sydney metro west segment factory today and I was impressed at the size of it making 500 per day with two 10 hour shifts and wondered where the best places to locate the Sydney to Melbourne ones should be.
Even today it would be cheaper to use a single 14m diameter tunnel than to muck about like California HSR and the pushback will only get worse especially as it is on solid rock it can have on overnight container train.
Reading the following where he says it is best like in Australia when the designer of the TBM also designs the segments.

Re: Parrahub and Sydney to Melbourne Maglev via Canberra
The reason we buy things from China is because they are cheap and as they build and use most of the worlds TBM I suggest we let them drive a 14 meter diameter double shield hard rock TBM from Sydney to Melbourne via Canberra and Albury so they design the 60 machines with compatible segments.
They are good at tunnels but fall down with their German maglev that is slow and uneconomical where Japan is great with the SC maglev but no good at tunnels.
I believe they will design a TBM that can penetrate anything with forward probing and pre drive grouting where needed and as long as they complied with our wages, safety and EPA we will save on buying a nuclear sub.
This is the 2 minute short of a Chinese factory in America. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0DHiUq1CCkg
