...While your comment has a point, it is an idea that isn't directly related to routes by contract area in any way, save for contractor talk. And considering its an idea, I reckon it should be put in the "What would you do if you were in charge of bus routes?" thread, not here. This is for the present situation, not future and ideas.
I'd post any important, bus-related links I had, but they're outdated anyways.

Dead running is the operator's problem - no reason to diddle with other contracts just to suit one operator's requirements.

RE your (Enviro 500's) latter paragraph, that's an unfounded remark and highly inappropriate to make here.

It is interesting to note that 930 is under Southern River package as the bulk of its fleet is made up of B7s from CV and Beckenham.

I don't have access to official sources, however the new routes commencing on 31/1/21 should be:

Route
233 - Southern River
Route
338 - Midland
Route
523 - Canning
Route
544 - Rockingham

I'm thinking the same too.

That's because the 930 used to be the Perth to Thornlie leg of the 210 211 and 212 before 31/1/16.

Hi all, just wondering any chance anyone have an update on their documents? There are quite a few changes since the last update and I'm trying to keep up with some areas. Thanks

Most recent change I am aware of would be the addition of Route 995 to Claremont package.

Just found that there are 2 versions from Bus Suggestions, with the 2Nov 2020 update, i recon Rockingham/ Mandurah is missing 544, 569, and swan transit Mt claremont/ Shenton Park depot also do a certain of the CircleRoute

Also, the 002 on the list is just a deviation of Rt 2 (red cat), ETIM would show it as route 2FJ and there is an extra route 4 which runs part of the red cat or 002FJ

Thanks for the bump Wallacec, unfortunately I have had other hobbies and objectives to pursue so I haven't been keeping full tabs. I've updated it, and you can access it here. Please post if I have any errors or I've missed something.

You've missed the relatively unknown 569, a once a day service in 1 direction. So unknown, it can only be found on the app.

Cheers!
Officially the last person to tag off the 381 - 20/5/16.
Second last person to tag off the last timetabled 16 - 23/08/19.
Last person to tag off a Transdev Joondalup service - 19/1/20.

FYI, 569 runs from Baldivis Secondary College to Daintree Street in Baldivis. It departs at 2:48pm and arrives at 3:03pm.

And to the airport line routes themself after only 3 months of operation. I wasn't aware of the new Piara Waters High School opening - that makes for some interesting changes in the region.

It goes to show how dynamic our public transport system is.

Just found there's another mistake in the list there.

The route 449 is operated by Path Transit instead of Swan Transit, most likely it's done by Malaga depot.

Route 375 is operated by Path Transit from day one of the route introducing (since 8 March 2020).

292 is now in Kalamunda and there's a new route 294 in the same region.

Also several changes in Rockingham package with Lakelands opening for business.
