Haven't looked at all timetables but you might notice reduced operating hours (notably evenings) and lower frequencies (especially early evening) on at least some routes coming in 2023. Compare here:

Re: Bus service cuts in 2023 timetables
The final hour of trips on most routes seem to have been deleted on weekdays, which is quite disappointing, albeit buses still run late on Saturday nights, but not Friday nights.
Light rail continues to operate until 1:00am on Friday and Saturday nights, meaning the last service to Gungahlin is more than two hours later than to anywhere south of the lake, which will be completely unserved after the last R4 to Tuggeranong at 10:53pm. There's nothing to Belconnen after 11:05pm either.
Curiously there are twice as many evening services on the R4, which used to be known as the intertown, on weekends than there are during the week, as the 15 minute frequency on weekends remains from first service until last, but on weeknights it's being cut to 30 minutely after 7pm.
There also appears to be 18 minute gaps, followed by 2 buses within 1 minute of each other, from the City to Belconnen in the evenings, with the R3 and R4 running at almost the same time.

My brother in law used to say it was hard to keep bus drivers in Canberra because of the loneliness ha ha.
Perhaps with new electric bikes there will be less demand off peak.
