I don't get this persistent concourse look they go for. Non of them looked like that in service. There seems to be a powerful influence in the museum to go for this unrealistic appearance. The result is dull as dishwasher.
Put some ads on them to liven them up, even have a few shabby ones. Look at any photo of them in the street in historical photographs and they never look like that..
Only the London ones could be called realistically shimmery as they really did look like that often because they actually have standards over there.
