This feature is a welcome addition onto the website because we know how busy trams in the city can be (especially since the start of new trams replacing the old H-cars and that is it free in the city [up to South Terrace]. Now we need feature at tram stops hopefully this does happen and once the Gawler line is electrified i look forward to seeing such a feature at all railway stations as well as the Admet website. Surely if the Eastern States can do this why cannot Adelaide. Yes the tram features are because they have on and off sensors on the tram and who knows we might be able to get accurate statistics now about on and off travel something missing when planning for future PT services since our Metrocard is only a tap on facility not a tap off.

At least judging by this part of the announcement, the feature will be available at the physical tram stops, too.Admet75 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 09, 2022 11:21 am This feature is a welcome addition onto the website because we know how busy trams in the city can be (especially since the start of new trams replacing the old H-cars and that is it free in the city [up to South Terrace]. The feature will also work on the third party apps once those devs get around to implementing the data via GTFS-realtime

"The next tram to Glenelg is busy, I better catch the tram to Botanic Gardens instead!"
Surely the usefulness of this feature on the platform only comes when you can see more than one trip on a given route.

The good stuff is above!
