Too easy, it was in fact 3375 pulling into stop 14 (Glen Osmond TranistLink Station) on route 864.

Grand Blvd, Seaford Rise ?
Backup generators only start after bkup battery banks have been exhausted

Almost, a bit more up the Noarlunga way. Hint: route 747 and in a historic area.
