Just saw the services from the web and seems is that a new bus service which is not provided by Transperth, however it runs in a shorter version of the Transperth route 458?

After last summer's successful trial, the seasonal bus service now known as the 'Perth Coastal Explorer' restarts from 24th September and runs the duration of this summer season.
This is apprently now a paid service and transverses between Hillarys, Scarborough and Perth CBD (no longer travelling to/from Whitford Public Library).
