I do feel as more 18xx gassies from Malaga are getting withdrawn they may end up with more 14xx from Welshpool if newer B8s are delivered to WP, though this is a speculation and shouldn't be guaranteed.

yeah or maybe the new b8 will delivery to bayswater and gas to malaga. (remember that they plan to reduce some gas facilities at depo) i probably think in morley contract they decided to just use 1 depo and remove cng facilities.

however this is just pure speculation

same with Transdev. the new B8 delivery to Fremantle then displaced some 29xx B7 to Mandurah which replace early 22xx that went to swan. although i coukd be wrong
But the 22** Optimus B7s got swapped for late 20** OCs.

Odd sighting today - Canning Vale's 2502 seen on the 1630 220F to Armadale.

Cheers!
Officially the last person to tag off the 381 - 20/5/16.
Second last person to tag off the last timetabled 16 - 23/08/19.
Last person to tag off a Transdev Joondalup service - 19/1/20.

Yes, then the 20xx OCs displaced a 19xx to Freo which killed a 1200.

There use to be a 220F which terminated in Victoria Park, that was more often than not run by CV or BH. It appears to have been removed, however.

yeah alao i remember when 220 use to have Short journey to Carousel (before is 213) off peak weekday to make it 30 min frequency which run by CV or BH. However it was removed in 2018 due to low patronage because duplicate of 930 and 960.

It would have been 930 that was duplicated between VPTS and Westfield Carousel.

As for the old 213, it used to share runs with 202/203. This was back when Swan Transit also controlled Kalamunda.

PATH transit Malaga B7 1462 has returned from Refurbishment today, this marks the start of the Volvo B7R refurb program.

Anything different or new? I also find it odd that they skipped the diesel OC500s

would that mean now that they skip 2200 because yesterday i still saw 2200 not refurbished.

although tbh i think some 1462 and early 23x really need refurbished even when i caugh 1462 4 years ago the interior really need refurbished (although maybe this problem is more of how the depo clean their fleet rather than fleet age).

i think the reason probably the fact that the diesel oc500le was a region bus and maybe the transperth bus is more urgency to refurbished.

i am actually interesting what the change of volvo refurbish look like (beside the placement of transperth logo)

I'm pretty sure there was some regional NHs that hadn't been refurbished throughout their lifetime.

2096, 2097 and 2200 are the only remaining OC gassies that haven't been/aren't in the process of refurbishment.

Honestly can't imagine 1462 being much different other than the updated livery.

From the pic I’ve seen of 1462 they still haven’t repositioned the ‘Bus operated by xxx’ decal further forwards to avoid it being obscured, so give it a few weeks and it’ll be covered by adverts, just like some of the recent refurbed OC’s and Western suburbs B8’s.

I had a quick look at my timetable database and those short 220 trips were deleted 3 years ago (wow time flies!)

Yesterday I saw 2025 doing 930F along Albany Hwy in Cannington. Looks like 2024 and 2025 have jumped from Karrinyup to SR.

2790 on a 33 is a normal obvservstion and doesn't warrant a post here.

2023-2025 all at Gosnells now.

3239 has been registered.
I'd post any important, bus-related links I had, but they're outdated anyways.

If you say so.

Anyway, it implies that B8s 2790 onwards will be sent to RC/WP, whose resources will be channelled to Malaga to replace the retiring OCs.

One bus being sent to Welshpool does not imply anything about where future deliveries will end up. Perhaps those two B8s were sent to Kala/WP for the wide variety of running those two depots do compared to Morley?
