Re: PTA / Transperth & Private Observations - 2020
I received the distinction on riding 2887 on its first day in revenue service, according to the driver, on my regular 387, indicating it is at Beenyup. Meanwhile, 2888 is at Joondalup.
I'd post any important, bus-related links I had, but they're outdated anyways.

I'll have to double-check the shifts again. If so, that spells the end for 1830-1833.

Re: PTA / Transperth & Private Observations - 2020
Strange. I wonder if this is a result of the majority of daytime services having 4 and 6-car sets deployed on them, now?

1342, 1343 and 1344 have been reported in service out of Karrinyup this morning. These buses are presumably going to be covering for OC refurbs, as Paths are pretty much completed I’d assume Karrinyup’s would be ramping up.
Re: PTA / Transperth & Private Observations - 2020
3 NH move to karrinyup interesting. I wonder will 135x that at beenyup move to karrinyup because currently beenyup receive new bus or even karrinyup get some 12x from Joondalup.Woolies_truck wrote: ↑Fri Jul 17, 2020 4:16 pm 1342, 1343 and 1344 have been reported in service out of Karrinyup this morning. which path bus that haven't refurb yet.
if all path completed that would mean only freo and karrinyup done the refurb and i think there are probably around 20 bus of transperth gas that still use old livery (NOTE: 1988-1999, 2040-2098 is use new livery but not refurbished)
Re: PTA / Transperth & Private Observations - 2020
As Woolies_truck said, Path's are almost done. As far as I know the last few are away being done now. The unrefurb'ed 2000s up to 2039 and 3000, 3001 and 3002 are the only old-liveried buses remaining, of which there would be about 15 given that 2025 is away, and seeing as the NHs have been moved over there I'd guess 26, 27 and maybe 28 are away now as well.pasha241 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 17, 2020 5:58 pm

I understand 1271 was responsible for running the last ever 150F from Terrace Rd on Friday. Not sure which bus did the last 160F from Terrace Rd

3007 has been rear ended by a white Toyota Corolla hatch on Albany highway/Denny Ave minor damage but will be off traffic for awhile, the Corolla’s definitely a write off.

Re: PTA / Transperth & Private Observations - 2020
2574 has moved, I believe, to Joondalup. Meanwhile most, if not all buses have had the first two seats (after the front door and behind the driver) re-opened to passengers.
EDIT: I realise 2574 has been listed for Joondalup in the fleet by depot topic.

2716 on route 380. This route usually uses buses with luggage racks.
Re: PTA / Transperth & Private Observations - 2020
Most of the time it's a luggage bus, but it's not at all unusual to see regular buses on the 380 as wellEnviro 500 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 06, 2020 10:38 am 2716 on route 380. This route usually uses buses with luggage racks.

Re: PTA / Transperth & Private Observations - 2020
Southern River currently has a B7 allocated to their fleet. Originally it was 2453, however this has been swapped with 2448 in the last few days.
If it's not a ZF, take it back!

Re: PTA / Transperth & Private Observations - 2020
Been noted that 2898 is now registered, meaning 2899 should come within two-three weeks' time. This means that the last of the 2800s will be delivered this month hopefully, and opens the question: what number series will new Swan buses be delivered in? I've said before that I think new deliveries could be in the TP0123+ range (as the ex-CATs are all now TP0100-TP0122). There are other possibilities, such as the 3103+ range, re-using the early TP1000 range, or perhaps least likely, Swan getting its deliveries in the 2900 series (as the 2900s are already a mess since Swan took over Joondalup). What does everyone else think?
