[quote="TP1462"] BET 6-104 will be disconnected from the EMU and trucked back to Queensland for repair works,
Is it major repairs, that it has to sent back to manufacturer?

Yes the set was believed to have been hauled at the front of the freighter during the transfer which basically stretched and wrapped the carriage, they're ideally meant to be at the back of the freighter so they don't have any extra weight on them, the only carriage being sent back is BET 6104 that's the only carriage damaged, the other theory is that incorrect transfer bogies were used, a bent or stretched chassis is usually the end of a life for a loco or rolling stock, I believe that EDI Queensland has an alignment jig which may fix or assess it, depending on how badly damaged it is it may just be easier to strip the carriage and replace it so finally after sitting in Nowergup for over a year it's finally being sent off for repair, hopefully it doesn't become $20 million worth of scrap metalozi_mister_d wrote:TP1462 wrote: BET 6-104 will be disconnected from the EMU and trucked back to Queensland for repair works,

Re: PTA / Transperth & Private Observations - Jul/Aug 2016
Rode 722, 728 and 746 yesterday arvo on the 501 and 502 routes.
722 & 746 show signs of recent cosmetic work, with fresh licks of paint on an interior fitting or two, clean, unfaded and new-looking Transdev seat covers on a few seats, too. 746 had new material on the turntable "bumps" (I figure it stops squeaking). These two vehicles (esp. the latter) are VERY rattle free. Even 728 was vastly improved over just a week ago. Not sure what the deal is, whether mechanics have bumped up the idle just a tad or someone invested in some window rubbers. Must say, however, I'm really impressed with the improvement to 728, at least.
722 also has a gearbox flare on the 2nd to 3rd shifts, maybe the 3rd to 4th... We didn't really go fast enough on the 501 to need 4th, otherwise shifted nicely. It also happens to be fully outfitted with security cameras.
736 was also my ride on the 111 a week ago. Even it seems to have improved, still ticking and hissing, although the hissing (and rattling) has been semi-dealt-with. Idles relatively rattle-free too.

Maybe it was going to get repair work done to it, buses do travel to Welshpool for major repair works. There is no 75 shifts that are run by Malaga and the 75 is run by both Welshpool and Kalamunda as a shared contract area.pasha241 wrote: but what i know TP0101 is malaga bus and 75 is run by welshpool or kalamunda. unless there been shift which run by malaga or that bus transfered to welshpool

A few of the OC500LE buses have moved out of Claisebrook to Path Depots but how many of these Natural Gas buses do we now have remaining for Perth CATs?

I boarded 2444 this morning on a 402T, so safe to say this one has been transferred from Midvale to Karrinyup.sylar wrote:2444 seen running a 403F tonight along royal / hutton street in osborne park.
I also spotted 2445 at the Perth busport this afternoon so I'm thinking this one may have moved as well.
