So they are "hiring the bus to other schools"?

Do they need operator accreditation to do this?

Won't the successful applicant then also need a DA?

I am not a lawyer. My understanding is that Dept. Education owns the bus so they can choose to use it at any public school. No fares are charged.

But if they are charging for hire of bus yes a DA will be required.
