Try any truck steering/suspension specialist. It would be made by a 3rd party component supplier like ZF, not Austral

Hello there, give multispares a call or SMS diesel or Whites diesel a call.
Failing that, call the MAN dealer. The part may be reasonable or off the planet... hard to know.
It will most likely be MAN Chassis and running gear. Austral just built a tourmaster body on it.
