Example: GOLDEN GROVE

I suspect destos are being updated to include Outer North Contract Areaa.

Not just O-Bahn buses, other Torrens buses have had that too. The desto for "NOT IN SERVICE" is now in caps as well, like the SouthLink version of it.

Southlink probably had it that way by accident. Can't see them having given it that much thought tbh.

I think it’s only St Agnes buses that have been updated at this stage. I’ve heard that St Agnes doing some outer North work as part of their shifts from 5 July. Noticed St Ag buses with “Not in Service” in capitals and scrolling left to right on rear destinations today.

Yes, I saw one of the Morphettville Bustechs this morning with "Not in Service" in capitals, if memory serves me correctly I think it might have been 1056.

Torrens Transit have some new Hino Poncho mini buses being prepared for service. Possibly for Outer North services?

~ CONSTRUCTION UPDATE ~ ⠀
The Gawler East Link Road is due to open up to traffic in August!
This exciting new connection from Main North Road bypasses central Gawler, and connects to Calton Road via the Springwood Village Centre.
I wonder if we will see an open day
Next station is Victoria Square. Change here for all trains.

Over the weekend all Mile End buses have had their destos updated to include all outer North routes, with the destination suburb now being in capitals.

That’s to show that the bus desto has been updated to the Torrens July 2020 version.

The J1X service now permanently withdrawn, and that’s probably not a bad thing. 1790 will be leaving Torrens Transit.

I believe 1790 left Mile End Depot a few days ago-whereabouts unknown?

TA3001 wrote: Sat May 09, 2020 10:01 pm I know there is probably a thread that is more appropriate for this query than this one. But has hills Scania 3314 had ongoing diesel intake issues over the years?

There is only one other (now withdrawn) bus that it reminds me of, which happens to be 1640.
Turbo diesel engines share common problems like the build up of soot in the inlet manifold which is created by the exhaust gas recirculation coming out the exhaust in through the exhaust gas recirculation valve in a inlet manifold where it mixes with crank case oil out of the sump and then it forms a soot on the inlet manifold which restricts power to the engine.

I'd love to see an Adelaide 1950's Worldmaster or Regal IV and a 1970's Swift or B59 photo shopped into that livery.
NSW, the state that embraces mediocrity.
