Is this going to be used by Torrens Transit on one of the new On Demand services?

Some info here re TT wanting to expand their Bridj product nationally

Busways SA has 3 of these on order. Not sure what buses Torrens Transit will be getting, as they have 4 On-Demand areas when the new Network commences later in the year.

@Jibb can you clarify which areas please for the South. I can only think one is the Roam Zone Area which is Sheidow Park, Trott Park and Hallett Cove (I would think that is one big on demand area) which others- maybe the Southern Vales and also Seaford area but can you please when you say something back it up with what it is please. You can't just say its for three other areas in the Southern Areas without anyone of us trying to scratch our heads and work it out straight away.

That is not possible to answer at the moment. Only Busways would know what area they plan to use them on, but as the existing Keolis Downer Midis will obviously not be staying these are replacements.
As I don't have a crystal ball just because I report facts I don't believe I need to enlarge on an unknown factor.

Well Jibb if you don't know the answer then don't post something you don't know about or are not prepared to back it up with facts. Then its a false rumour you are putting up.

The reason I am telling you off because I got caught out many years for putting something similar to that above and all it was, was simply that a false rumour.

I don't post rumours-not sure what you are now referring to-I only post facts-instead of having a go at me, tell me what you want to know-are referring to ,so as I can answer your question-if I can-hope that is helpful for you!

It will be some time before it is ready for service. It will need to be painted into Adelaide Metro colours. Could be a replacement for 1351 which has only 6 months of life left before it is retired.

Was hoping buses this size had been done away with as their size limits their usability.

2530 from ONCA covered a Mt Barker shift tonight, as 3204 broke down in Mawson Lakes on a 222. Only involved doing a T840 but was an unusual sight nonetheless

I assume it will have to do a shift tomorrow to get it home

Intersting wording on the page: "MetroTickets are not available for purchase on board bus services as driver do not carry cash. MetroTickets can be purchased from vending machines on all trains and trams and at many interchanges."

The lack of a word "currently" or similar leads to suggest that the lack of bus on-board sales will be a permanent feature.

Some TT Obahn buses have started displaying the final destination on the desto display in full caps, in southlink fashion.

Example: GOLDEN GROVE
