That level of detail doesn't seem to be anywhere but if you know current network, look at the new network map here -

It becomes clear quickly where the missing stops are given large slabs of existing routes are being removed.

Stephan Knoll has been asked several times by different people including Leon Byner on Five aa to release those 500 stops, but so far he has refused to do that or release the list of routes scrapped(although you can do this on the website0.

Does Adelaide have a lot of closely-spaced stops on their trunk routes - say every 100-200m? If so, then I imagine at least some of the stops to be removed will be done as part of a stop consolidation program to help speed up buses.

12 stops on Victoria Rd and Carnarvon Tce on 150: both sides = 24
11 stops on Military Rd, 3 on Hart St, on 333, both sides = 28.
Delfin Island on 376 = 8
Seaview Rd (Henley Bch to Burbridge Rds) on 300 = 10.
20 stops Lexington Rd, Military Rd, Pierson St, Garden Tce, Penfold Rd on H22, Kensington Rd and Parade on H23/H24, both sides 40.
Tusmore Av, Knightsbridge,Glynburn on 142 = 18
Heading Av etc on H21 and 176 = 8.
Quandong on 578/176 = 6.
There’s 140+ stops on a handful of routes/roads that spring to mind that will have no service. That’s just scratching the surface. Not sure if I’m supposed to count stops on both sides of the road, but I have. Number of stops from my head, not from a map.

And speaking of Seaview Rd at Henley South, just love the timing with all of the stops along there in the last few weeks having been upgraded to disability standards. All have new flat concrete areas, tactile strips for vision impaired, one stop has a fancy concrete ramp and rails because footpath well above the kerb, and bus stop signs not attached to stobie poles but on new poles with new “black background” style bus stop signs. And they’ll not be used in a few months. Same thing happened along Webb St and Frederick Rd about 4 weeks before the 350 route ceased.
Story on channel 7 news tonight about the new bus shelters having been installed along Galway Av 2 weeks ago, with all services to be removed from there.
I believe the bus shelters and the disability bus stop upgrades are local council responsibilities and public transport is state government, but really!

HL1 & HL2 are getting removed as apart of the new network. I am assuming the rest of the Mount Barker district-provided services will be scrapped too (856, 857, 836+ more)??

I don’t believe so, on the Parliamentary Report released a few months ago (and in the contract document for the hills), the 836, 856, 857 are still there. Not sure why only the HL1/HL2 were cut. I’d assume 836,856,857 will be renumbered too

Hello, what does LS stand for or mean on a bus stop? An example of the sign is stop 55 at Hahndorf.

I think I have asked this before but I forgot. If "T" stands for Transit Link then what does F stand for?

First Set Down. Stopping arrangement whereby (generally) on heading away from the City, the bus will pick up only until stop xx. Examples: 224F, 864F, 195F, 721F. On trips in the reverse direction the bus will stop to set down only, however intending passengers are permitted to board if the bus has stopped to set down.

I have known examples where the 'F' arrangement has been reversed, typically when a service enters a different contract areas. The original 238 was such an arrangement; upon departing Mawson Lakes it went via Main North Rd to Grand Junction Rd, then along Grand Junction Rd to Churchill Rd. On outbound trips it was set down only North of Gepps Cross and on inbound trips it was pick up only until Gepps Cross.

The F stands for Fast, it has different stopping arrangements to make the trip faster for outer suburbs residents as The Phonj said.

300 without a doubt. Almost three hours to complete, and about 65km. The J1 was 2 hours end to end (in 2011) and about 50km.

What about the M44 then, how long does that take and in kms ?

The M44 timetable shows it takes an hour and 21 minutes during the day - longer at peak times, shorter at night.

Ive got a question in regards to torrens transit shifts it used to be ie Morphettville straight shifts were numbered 6000 and brokens were 6100 now its seams straight shifts are still 6000 and brokens are 6400 which used to be Saturday shifts and 6500 was Sunday and public holidays does anyone know the reason behind that change and also what are Saturday and Sunday shift now?

Some depots so large now that they have more than 100 straight shifts on a weekday. So silver shifts and track shifts now have a different second digit to manage that. At Morphettville 6600 would be Saturday silver, 6700 Saturday track, 6800 Sunday silver, 6900 Sunday track.

And 6000,6100 weekday silver.
6200,6300 weekday track.
6400 broken weekday silver.
6500 broken weekday track.
So weekends/public holidays got bumped to 66,67,68,69.
