I should've made myself a bit more clear.

Blue is written, sorry I mean typed with a capital "B". Now why would blue start with a capital letter?
Just ignore that Newcastle was typed with a capital letter that is underlined.

Normally Newcastle would be a "link", but not in this case.

Hmm, there goes a moving clue on here somewhere!

No, the building is not an airport building.
The connection about Williamtown is a group of people DO

Another clue could be in North Arm Cove.

Neither an airline or place name, but you are sort of on the right path when you say "airline name" (or should I say you're above the right path?)
