No to Lane Cove, Edgecliffe and Rose Bay. Edgecliffe and Rose Bay are in the correct council area and Rose Bay is the closest so far. TV 6515 had a reason for being where it is pictured.

ok, I've worked it out. It's Vaucluse. Specifically I think it's Wentworth Road near Vaucluse House/Park.
