They're definitely hanging on over there!
G630 was around the Airport / DFO area last week on the 590 I think?? Does the 590 run up there? Not up to date on bus routes.

Yep, the 590 I believe goes from Garden City to Toombul via the DFO
Most runs are operated by G, hence the scanias

Hi, just a quick question,

Does any one have a list of all the routes E operates (or just a general description?) or even better a list of all the routes each depot operates would be amazing

Cheers

Thanks for the speedy response!

I was just curious as I had seen some Es around the Toowong area where I am as well! I think E do the 379s and 372s

During the day, Eagle Farm does cover a lot of routes (particularly those in the Inner West/North) as Toowong depot has many CNG buses which can't run for as long as the Man diesels or new B8's without refuelling. This is one of the reasons why (mainly before the B8's were introduced to Toowong) it was uncommon to see the CNG buses during the off-peak and weekends and Eagle Farm would run these services (such as Routes 199, 370, 372/3, 375, 377/8, 380/1, 385, 390, 470 etc.).

Now that Toowong has the new B8's (which can run for much longer than the CNG's), these services in the Inner West are now more often than not run by Toowong's B8's, rather than the B7's out of Eagle Farm. However, you still find the CNG's around the place outside of peak hours, but as more B8's are delivered to Toowong, I would assume this would become less commonplace.

For services that are run by Eagle Farm, it pretty much includes the Eastern Suburbs Routes mentioned above, the 40 and 50 City Loops, Route 60 Blue CityGlider, Routes 195/6/8/9, pretty much any northside service starting with a 3 (expect for the 311-314 and 326/7 as they are run by Hornibrook, Routes 360-364, Routes 382/3/4 and Route 399 which is run by Brisbane Bus Lines) and the occasional anomaly like the 470 for example.

Cazza - On a quick review, I would suggest the following adjustments to your list:

29 - C does some services too.
234 - serviced by C and S.
308 - serviced by E, not V
329 - serviced by V
376 - services by E and V.

Thanks. Not sure how I missed the 376 by V as I was actually looking to see if Eagle Farm ran any those runs in the first place. I knew Virginia ran most of them :D

Good to see BT taking some care of their buses. Would be nice if they replaced some of the 7 segment rear and side destos on some B7s - those things are so hard to read!

Edit: B7s 1801 to 2108 have 7 seg rear and side destos and amber front destos. 2109, 2111 - 2160 have amber rear, front and side destos and 2110, 2123, 2161 - 2353 have white rear, front and side destos. Beacuse no one asked for it! :D

Note that there are two types of white destos. The type of white destos on the late 2100s and 2200s are different from >2320 and the new b8's. Idk why this is the case.

Different manufacturer. The earlier units are manufactured by Mobitec and the later one are Thoreb.

The reason as to why SWT buses have T on them is because, they are all maintained, and I am pretty sure they're stored at Toowong depot occasionally.
Not a BT/SWT employee so don't question my facts please.

More a case that the buses were Toowong buses prior to going to SWT and the T was never taken off the bus.
