Thanks for the photo, that is very interesting - I wonder if it is the lightweight Wright intergral Streetdecker or a bodied normal chassis, such as a Volvo.

I also wonder if it is air conditioned and capable of being registered here - i.e. not over-width.

Hi Buswas, what do you mean with two normals?

Do you mean there are three deckers parked at Dandenong?

Tim, the Wright decker unable to register in Australia yet as its' width is 2.52

Hi,

I agree that the usual width of Wright DD's is quoted at 2.52 mtrs. However in the ABC Magazine's website a 2017 Wright StreetDeck is advertised for sale with a quoted body width of 2.48 mtrs. - in that same area is a body height quoted of 3.15mtrs, not sure what that is supposed to mean???

I don't think the StreetDeck would would be viewed positively here with such a small engine 5.1lt Benz and torque of only 900nm's and driving an air-con as well!! I know that the StreetDeck is relatively light, but comments are made in the UK about the lack of power!
