I can't resist posting this review of 'Rex Law's Redline' that appeared in the US Amazon site....

"Your book was wonderful!! It gives everyone a scenic and in-depth history of one man’s life in a new industry and market in a very large country, and the trials, challenges, setbacks and triumphs that accompanied the journey. I truly enjoyed your personal information and reflections you added. Well done!!"

Good afternoon Glenn, I am just about ready to start reading your book and I am looking forward too it immensely.
In the meantime, you might want to look at an old photo from the newspapers that I have posted regarding a "half submerged AP PD4106".
All the best.

Hi Glen, the "almost floating" PD4106 In the topic, just below this one - it is not a brilliant photo as it is a scan of a newspaper photo, best wishes Tim.

Hi all.....
I want to be sure that everyone's aware that my 400 page book "Rex Law's Redline - The biggest Little Bus Co in Australia" is currently available in softcover format at Amazon Australia for AU$43.06 with free shipping. The Kindle E Book version is available for AU$8.36. If any prospective New Zealand purchasers have bought the book from the Amazon Australia site I'd love to know that they were able to do that, or have they been obliged to buy via Amazon's international resources? It seems nuts if NZ purchasers have to deal with Amazon's US location, considering the books are printed locally in Melbourne.
In addition, I'll add a link below to my little video slide show introduction to the book, and in doing so will mention that the very first image is Rex and Beris' rented Kangaroo Point Brisbane home during his secondment with the Allied Works Council during WW2. This was in effect his first backyard vehicle depot, via rear street access for his tipper truck, and further, on a very personal note, the front bedroom to the left of the stairs was where I was born!

The stubborn mule still refuses to use Amazon or Kindle, and am hoping one may show up in a relevant traditional book shop.
Think for yourself, while it's still legal !

Hey Centralian
You can walk into virtually any substantive bricks and mortar bookstore and order a copy....
It shouldn't take long for them to get it in, while the price will depend on the store I guess.

No 24, the very first air conditioned Denning coach.
Note Denning's first full width rear upper air chute which was complementary to the a/c installation.
Unsuccessful, however that's a longer story.....
Note also, the first ever installation of individual Admac reclining seats.
