Wished Melbourne had more CB80 in service.

Maybe the Victorian government and PTV have a quota for the majority of contracted operators to order Volgren bodied buses as the government down there can claim that the bus was built in Victoria and if the CB80s were built in Sydney or Adelaide then they can't claim them to be built in Victoria as Royal Park Villawood or St Marys are not in Melbourne or Victoria

Royal Park no longer exists, has been closed for a number of years now.
