I'm assuming that G.E.T. Educational Tours based in Melbourne is the same or a reincarnation of the Gippsland Educational Tours you refer to.
Their website says 'established in 1960' . Back in the 1970's from an old fleet listing, it was a trading name for E.J & L Pincini of Airport West.
The current G.E.T. Educational Tours appears to be connected with or uses Victorian Touring Coaches.
