A different version of the Bus plan (file name 'Bus-Reform-Roadmap) has since been uploaded to DoT website at: https://transport.vic.gov.au/getting-ar ... es#busplan
It includes a Minister's foreword (before there was a picture of a passenger).
This mentions rapid running on 'up to 10 more routes' by the end of the year and a Flexi-Ride bus for Melton South.
