New Region 15 timetables 1st June 2014

With their takeover of region 15 from 1st June Busabout are introducing new timetables
31, 32 Camden to Cobbity & Warragamba

38, 39, 40 Camden to Oakdale & Belimbla Park

47, 49, 889 Camden to Menangle & Razorback

878, 879, 880 Campbelltown to Blair Athol, Eschol Park & Minto

881, 882, 883 Campbelltown to Ruse, Leumeah & Kentlyn

884, 884W, 885 Campbelltown to Airds & Bradbury

886, 887, 888 Campbelltown to Glen Alpine & Wollongong

890, 891, 892, 893 898, Campbelltown to Narellan & Harrington Park

890C, 894, 895 Campbelltown to Camden & Camden South

896 Campbelltown to Oran Park

899, S17 Camden to Spring Farm, Narellan & Catherine Field

bewilders me why it's called S17 when there's no S15 nor S16... S15 sounds more appropriate

Or even 897 as the operating hours (6am-6pm) are quite odd for a "Shopper Hopper" route.

well that's rather similar to S8, which used to operate hourly even during peak hours (more odd for a shopper hopper...)

just had a look at their route index, found this place called "bickle vale"... presumable it's between mt hunter and the oaks? can't find it on google maps
it also seems that 898 will no longer service catherine field

Commonsense has prevailed with the Midday 884W Wedderburn service, with one bus doing the return trip. Currently one goes to Wedderburn and returns special, meanwhile, one goes special to Wedderburn to form a service.

if that's where bickle vale is, then i have to wonder why 38 is not mentioned, maybe because it goes via may farm?

That is where Bickley Vale is - it is an error in the Busabout website.

Are the 11 new Busabout Region 15 timetables available yet in hard copy from the new deopt on Dunn Rd Smeaton Grange

I dont know whether the new depot is operational as yet from that point of view. I do know that the timetables are available in hard copy.

As are new region 2 and 15 region maps.
