The state of the quantity of computer things in my brother's bedroom:
me: "What about your Mac Mini?"
"What Mac Mini?"
"The Mac Mini that you own"
"I don't own a Mac Mini?"
-Noofnoof points at it behind some things on the desk-
"Oh hey, I do own a Mac Mini."

Is it me, or does each review here sound as if it's been written by the various brand companies?

Can someone explain how Flickr puts this video camera (okay, okay then camcorder!) as a "camera phone"?

More likely than not someone just goofed up and put it in the wrong category. Happens all the time.

McDonalds is fine as part of a balanced diet. If you eat a large Big Mac meal, you just can't eat anything else that day.

Hello ZF whiplash, it appears we meet again. it's been a while.
Explain your reasoning for putting the slowest, worst bus on the longest route. Surely it'd be more efficient to have a newer one. Where's my 8 speed M.A.N?

I reflashed ny phone to a Sense 4.0 Android ROM today and now I'm deeply conflicted... Should my next phone be a beautiful Nokia Lumia 800 (or Lumia 900 if it's LTE capable and available for a decent price) or one of the new HTC One phones?

I'm kinda curious about trying the HTC One XL but the main thing holding me back is the internalised battery - I won't be able to have any addon battery packs and 1800mAH probably won't be enough to last me the day.

I'm leaning more towards the Nokia mainly because the WP7 keyboard is more than willing to take my random mashings and translate into what I actually want it to be. Also, being a Microsoft product, it will integrate with Exchange in a far nicer and more proper way than any non-Microsoft product could. WP7 is also nicer to batteries.

That said, if the Lumia 900 is good, I'll take that ;D

I'm leaning towards going to Telstra 4G. I have coverage of it in my home area (though I doubt I'd use it much here, given the home wifi, slower but cheaper) but having seen the speed tests of it in the city is pretty amazing. (20~35Mbps Down, ~20Mbps Up) - I'm not really ready to use WinMo again. I've used Android in the past and it was awful but I know it's gotten better and my iPhone 4 just isn't cutting it as much anymore. The HTC Velocity is a nice phone but it's just not... gorgeous.

The problem with Telstra 4G is that having to wait for Handsets to be available on it is a pain. I almost got a Galaxy Nexus until I realized it was a very middle-of-the-road phone. The HTC One XL has turned me off because of the battery sitch. I had a look at the Samsung Galaxy SII 4G but the screen on it is disappointing, also, Another boring, uninspired design.

The design of the phone rates very highly in terms of importance to me, but having made the mistake of buying a phone purely on design (HTC Legend) and not specs, I'm much more hesitant to commit to a phone now. The iPhone 4 is... well, It's doing a decent job at the moment.

My contract isn't up until December so that'll give me some time to see what Apple do around July-August.

Good grief, must be the dumbest audience! Some were seriously saying Hawaii, and even smaller islands as what is the world's largest island.

Their is either a debate of if it's Greenland or Australia. I think the answer was Australia, but now "officially" Greenland. I suppose it's how land is measured.
