Of course he and Andrew Bolt would have wanted Romney to win.

Conditional bail for deliberately setting (something on) a train on fire. How damaged does a train need to be for them to be put into prison?Police have charged a man after he allegedly lit a fire on a train near Westmead overnight.
About 8.20pm (Friday 23 November 2012), a 25-year-old man was travelling on a train headed for the city from Springwood.
As the train approached Westmead Railway Station the man allegedly set fire to a pile of paper on the top level of the carriage, causing extensive damage to a number of seats.
The fire was extinguished and the man was arrested at Parramatta Train Station and conveyed to Parramatta Police Station.
He was subsequently charged with lighting a fire on a train and damage property by fire.
The man was given conditional bail to appear at Parramatta Local Court on the 16 January 2013.

All I can say is that the Australian justice system is piss weak. 5+ years in jail for a Victorian who engages in arson. What a joke.

I dunno, the presumption of innocence trumps a rednecky desire to "lock the bastards up", if he did fire to a train, I think he'll be seeing what the inside of a gaol cell is like anyway. Bail should only be refused when it's plainly obvious that someone is a serious danger to society.

Finding out that I just missed out on a promotion. Apparently I came second out of a field of 16 and it was very close. The extra money would have come in handy. I'm over it now though....
Re: What gives you the S&#T's!?
The "check powertrain" light has started to come on intermittantly in my VY Commodore, my usual mechanic is booked up, so wanting to get it fixed before the peak holiday season, even thought still runs OK, I decide against my better judgement to take it into the local Holden dealer, thinking it is a fairly quick and straightforward task to hook up the scan tool, find the crook sensor and replace it.
Drop it in at around 7:30-8:00am and jump on the bus to go to work, I told them I will pick it up around 4:45-5:00pm after I knock off and get the bus back.
Return to the dealership around that time and see the car is sitting in the carpark, thinking it will now all be good, I go into the service reception, to be told that they ran out of time and they did not even get to check out the car, just moved it out the the workshop holding area and stuck it in the carpark all day. I tell them if I book a job to be done, surely the job gets allocated into the workshop's work flow for the day, but their excuse was the person who knows the VY diagnostics called in sick and the other young guys only really know VE's, so they could not do it, what a stupid excuse, surely these apprentices could consult a workshop manual or get help from a senior technician, he then tells me it is too long in the tooth for their service department and no one has the training on them. Surely they have some books for the VY to look up. Obviously they did not want the job.
Anyway I told them they did not have the job anymore, so I went back to my mechanic and he referred to to a good auto electrical place, that can do the work tomorrow.

The steering rack in my subaru outback appears to be buggered, I need a new idle air intake sensor and to find what causing it to be so rough when coming off the accelerator.
Explain your reasoning for putting the slowest, worst bus on the longest route. Surely it'd be more efficient to have a newer one. Where's my 8 speed M.A.N?
Re: What gives you the S&#T's!?
Fixing a Subaru? I don't envy you, sounds expensive.
I'll join in, I think my oxygen sensors are buggered, the exhaust smells like it's running a little rich and my fuel bill is increasing exponentially.
Got quoted $350 to replace them, bugger that-I'll do it myself. Just have to get the damn sensors.

Story in the Daily Telegraph on Tuesday about women been the most affected by "bill-shock" about mobile phones.
Well, of course, the Daily Telegraph, women would be the most affected, by huge mobile phone bills, as they are the ones that can't stop talking, or nagging!

A psychic asks the caller to call back and let THEM know how he is going.
The same psychic asks another psychic, “What's your favourite movie?”
Gee, they aren't very good psychics then, are they now? (Turns that Rubbish off)
• You pesky flies still around - go and annoy someone else.
• Bloomin' weather!
(Why when you take wet weather gear, it fines up, but if you don't take it, it rains?!)
