I seem to be seeing Advertisements in the Armchair Operators forum. Is this a mistake or is it done on purpose?

Re: Banner advertisements for guest users
I use an adblock program, but I can see the blue window outline with 'advertisement' on the top for some reason. This wasn't the case yesterday. It's annoying, and I'm just wondering if it's possible to get rid of it?

I'm also seeing the ads when logged in and they appear in every page. I have cleared my cache too but they're still there.

I have exactly the same problem, on iOS, Windows 10, OSX. I use Safari and Google Chrome, but somehow I don't think it makes a difference.boronia wrote:I am now getting them in all forums, one at the top and one at the bottom.

Re: Banner advertisements for guest users
While adjusting the setting for the guest advertisement the restriction on who ads get displayed to was inadvertently cleared.
This setting has been reversed and Adverts should no longer be appearing to the "Registered Users" group.
