The 360M between Macksville & Coffs is a bit over 85Km in length, which includes passing through several towns.
The 340 between Port & Kempsey was a bit over 53Km, which may have changed due to upgrades to the Pac Hwy in the Telegraph Point - Kundabung area.

50 pax is just a planning number, when loads reach 50 pax on a regular basis (5-7 standing) you need to consider adding extra trips. Besides, how do you know that STA will be operating the B-Line?

The vehicle shown has modular mounting of seats and luggage racks, which would be ideal for community transport where the pre-booked passengers could vary from say 20 pensioners, to 8 wheelchair pax or a mix somewhere in-between. It must be a rear entrance vehicle too, now way any normal person ente...

There were roadworks which blocked Boondah Rd in the past year. 1B's used Namona St and the Narrabeen High/Public turning bay to get around during that time.

That section of McPherson St runs over a creekline and frequently floods. Seeing that hundreds of dwellings have been built just to the west of that piece of road in the last 20 years (and more are being built) it is logical for the road level to be built up so that it doesn't flood anymore. Some of...

Furthermore, it had been used on road trial on the Northern Beaches a few weeks back. Sorry, but a Forest CDi took part in a Sydney Bus Museum event in mid 2013 from Wynyard to Avalon, so by that standard the CDi's should have been chosed years ago. Perhaps the government should compulsorily acquir...

Mechanical fuel pump. The engine itself doesn't get hot enough, it's generally something relating to fuel or oil contacting the turbo and exhaust systems as they reach much higher temperatures. Traditionally bus fires resulted from a failure to clean the build-up of oily gunk from vehicles, which is...
