Re: Any Maintenance Conference photo's ?
As I've already said. I DON'T speak for the group. I was just making a suggestion. If that's not the impression people get than nothing I can do for you. My point was there are other places you can see these photos if there not on here!

Re: Any Maintenance Conference photo's ?
I don't speak for the bcsv at all. No need to get nasty just because no photos have appeared. My point is it would be nice if people joined up saw the pics in the mag rather than take for granted they will appear here. For all I know someone may supply the shots you want to see. Maybe try joining Pe...

So the smallest company in the CDC Victoria Group continues to lead the way with another dedicated run livery! Eastrans certainly is proving itself to be a bit of a gold mine!
Buses look great. Only thing they could use is the silver stripe on the a/c.

Re: Any Maintenance Conference photo's ?
Try subscribing to the Bus & Coach Society of Victoria which has its Australian Bus Panorama magazine which im sure will have all the photos in it. Gives people a reason to join, no point being able to see every photo on the ATDB, then there would be not much of a reason to join.

Yes, we know about it. Quite a few companies already have Volvo Irizars. In Victoria: The Dineen Group has plenty of Volvo B7Rs with Irizar body & Popes of Timboon have at least 2 Irizar B7Rs. In NSW: Premier Group has plenty of Irizar bodied Volvo B9Rs. Theres probably more operators im missing. We...

Re: Inside the Bustech Decker!
Axle loadings were previously an issue for Volgren too and they couldn't be bothered undertaking any further design if it didn't translate to firm orders. I'm of the opinion that they would have never achieved the same capacity loadings as the Bustech if they persisted with the twin axle rear set-u...

Re: Melbourne Visit (Pt1) focus on Westrans
For the record as no one has really answered the question and people are starting to go way off topic about wet winters and dirty roads. CDC Victoria have 5 Custom Coach CB60s all purchased by Keffords. 4 are at westrans werribee as shown above. 92 & 93 are single door school buses and 94 & 95 are 2...

just a quick question, when was the last double deck coaches built and by whom, Volgren or Denning? To be technical i suppose. The last Australian built double decker was by MCA in 2003 for Driver Bus Lines (Melbourne) & its in Gray Line livery for day tours in Melbourne. Well done to Denning it lo...
