Gday
I was advised not to use batts for the insulation as they have the potential to hold moisture. I removed the lower sections under the windows and used 30mm foil backed polystyrene sheets which allowed a 20mm air gap. I replaced with 5mm plywood and painted.

Hi brisbeddy. I wouldn't mind a copy either. I think most of them came out with a gm "pincher" motor from new. Mine was retro fitted with a 6 cyl Cummins turbo. You can check in the Fleet list pages http://fleetlists.busaustralia.com/

I'm still puzzled. Correct me if I'm wrong but if you look at Vicroads VASS Conversion of Vehicles to
Motor Homes 5. I believe that is still current, it requires the exhaust to be vertical.

Thanks all for the advice. Bagmaker can you absolutely confirm that is no longer a legal requirement to have a vertical stack, only when I had mine engineered in Bendigo he was adamant that it had to be so?!
