high-floor buses in Perth

Are there any buses left in the Perth fleet that are still high-floor and/or not wheelchair accessible?
Or has Transperth finally met the goal of being 100% wheelchair accessible?

With it looking like Labor will win government in their own right, it looks like this project will be going ahead in full.

Re: Quick Quiz - Train timetables on platforms.

In QLD most stations have paper timetables (at least the ones I have used). Some stations have monitors showing all the trains passing through and how long before they arrive using real time data. Other stations have displays showing just the next train to arrive at that platform. Some stations have...

Re: Cross River Rail Link

When did BCC decide to sink Cultural Centre? As part of the Brisbane Metro project a new underground bus station will be built that connects to the busway at one end and the Victoria Bridge at the other end, taking all the services using the Busway/Metro away from the surface of Melbourne Street an...

Re: Cross River Rail Link

Now that BCC have decided to sink Cultural Centre Station there is no need for any kind of road/bus component to Cross River Rail. I just wish all the politicians (federal LNP, state LNP, One Nation etc) would stop using this project for political gain and just get behind it so this vital project ca...

Cross River Rail business case released

The QLD Labor party have finally released the business case for Cross River Rail: http://buildingqueensland.qld.gov.au/business-case/cross-river-rail/ If you want to see this vital project (I have seen first hand the overcrowding on the train network that this project is designed to solve) actually ...

Re: Mercedes-Benz 1114 preserved

Its great that so many of the old buses are being preserved and its great that there are people out there with the resources to buy, store, run and (where necessary/desired) modify/fix/repair/restore these old machines.

Re: New route 567 for Holmview.

Re: Cross River Rail Link

So it's called a metro (which conventionally means a rapid transit train) and yet the vehicles are described as "buses" by the Lord Mayor and they are "flexible" which presumably means you can miss the "vehicle" because it decided to go down another street on that day ...

Brisbane Metro

The latest version of the Metro seems to solve all the problems. The plans involve one line between 8 Mile Plains and Roma Street and a second line between UQ Lakes and RBWH using bi-artic "banana" buses. There is a plan to build a new underground station at Cultural Centre and to turn the...

That hump was lengendary wasn't it?....how fast you could take an artic over it - and they loved it....like the driver! Awesome shot as an example The most fun I ever had on a bus was on a tour a few years ago when I was in a very old Volvo artic (B58 Brown Bomber I think it was) in the seat just b...

go-card transfer rule questions

I have some questions about how the Go Card system calculates whether something is a transfer or not, anyone know anything about it? I have ridden many Optimus buses in my time (both in Perth and Brisbane) and as a passenger I cant find fault with them. They are nice inside (I prefer the interior of the BT Volgren buses to that of the Bustech buses Logan City and Surfside operate) and the ride feels good (better than some of the ...

Re: renault pr 100 or 180

1097, 1098, 1101 - 1104. They can't be sold off as they run on CNG unless PATH converts them to diesel, which is unlikely. Is there some law that would prevent a private operator from buying and operating a CNG powered bus or is it simply a matter of the high cost for a private operator to install ...
