Re: Decker in St Peters

I know I'm digging up an old thread here, but a couple of years ago, I took pictures of UNW416H sitting in a yard in Torquay, VIC. It might still be there, I may drive by and look tomorrow. It was in pretty rough shape being used as part of a large junk shop. The stairs had been removed so only the ...

Re: Former Darwin Bus 81 in Colac (Vic)

Found this one! It's in a field not too far from Sunbury. I've seen a picture of one of the other buses that it sits with, for sale at the same place, about nine years ago, but it looks like they may have not sold and all been moved together as I'm fairly sure that's not the site that they're at now...

Unknown numbers!

Hi,
I've been wondering, for a while, what the blue or red numbers mean that are diplayed in the door side windscreen of Sydney's busses. Can anyone tell me? They're on a flip about easy to change system. Is it some kind of route number?

Nick.

"While it exists it is never too late" I'd like to think so too. I understand (and never doubted for a second) that it's going to take a whole load of cash to sort this boat out, and the government.... well you can't rely on them for much these days. But could be a way to raise the cash n...

The Baragoola

I recently learned that the former Manly ferry Baragoola was rotting away at a mooring in Waverton. I visited the boat (I didn't go aboard as she's still private property and not looking too safe) and took a few pictures from the edge of the water. The poor old ship is looking very sorry and there a...
