Neville Wran tried this in the 70's. Started with Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Classes to continue on till all children had free travel? Did till the costs blew out and he didn't need it to keep him in office.

No problem Industry. I hope it helps Owen with his memory! Although I have a number of photos of buses on Routes 3 and 164 it is hard to tell which ones were Owens and his brother. The Chev I knew was Bevan's.
