Re: Private Observations October 2015

For the past week I have seen an Optare Tempo in Translink green livery (green back and front, no ribbon or logo) sitting in the Adtrans Hino yard, Seaton Grange, Narellan. I'm thinking that it has a connection to Bus Queensland's acquisition of new Optare Tempos: http://www.busaustralia.com/forum/v...

Re: Busabout new school bus route numbers

Are students going to have to be required to use an opal card for their travel to and from school? I emphasise 'going to' because at the moment drivers don't worry about checking bus passes, unless it's a route service.

New four digit school bus route numbers

Busabout are renumbering all school bus routes as of 7th September 2015 from 2 digit to 4 digit, similar to that of their old operation and Interline's services.

Re: Private Operators July 2015

The bus has Busabout stripes on it and I could see the remnants of a 'Busabout' logo in several spots. Photo of CB45SE on Facebook shows this (before the operator changed the stripes to blue): https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1577258959203850&set=gm.388486544670726&type=1&theater

New operator: EBus Macarthur

Hi all, There appears to be a new bus company in the Macarthur area which is about to start operation. They have in their possession a MAN/Volgren bus and a Volvo B10M/Custom Coaches bus. Both buses are not registered yet and were recently sprayed at Baxter's. https://www.facebook.com/ebus.hire PLI

Re: Who is the private Western Sydney operator about to loos

Cdc already asked STA about privatisating and they want to pay 2 million for it and sta said come back later with more cash I extremely doubt that a massive operator like STA would be worth $2 million dollars. Or that another big company like CDC would offer an amount like that. Please check your f...

Re: Track Record Fleet Lists

All fixed **

The system that the site runs on has a shop widget you can use and even though of course a donation doesn't need shipping, it treats it like a product so requires a delivery fee. Just choose the option I put on which states "N/A Free" so the system will work.

Thank you
