Re: Parramatta the central business district of greater Sydney

What are you talking about. The CBD is not capable of simply moving south to a giant cylinder. It’s just NOT going to happen. Also you do realise there are Tesla cars here and now...

Re: Private Bus Observations 2020

Yawn indeed. We get it. Yeah, pardon the momentary outburst of frustration. I was hoping for a moment that TSA would have higher design and functionality standards than STA, but the useful statistic-gathering exercise in my earlier post suggests that NSW in general smokes any other state and territ...

Re: Private Bus Observations 2020

Stop blaming the manufacturers. Clearly if an authority want a solution, like in Adelaide, a solution will be provided. The typical VST design is approved on the TfNSW procurement panel.

Re: Private Bus Observations 2020

It sounds like these buses are being built in Edinburgh north of Adelaide rather then on the Gold Coast In that case, it will be interesting to see whether they've been built to the Admet specification which gets rid of the stairs at the centre door. That's the only model that Precision has been bu...

Re: Private Bus Observations 2020

Nothing to do with goldilocks, 8306 and the other K94IBs are contract buses. Transdev’s off-contract O405s, B10Ms have had their m/o plate regos expire during COVID restrictions and have just been re-reg onto TV plates.

Re: NSW Fleet List issues?

Not to hijack the thread but I think I should let the admins know that when you go and try to view any fleet changes made just to a single operator it now just redirects you back to the section for NSW fleet-list. for example I clicked on the fleet-list for Around Town Tours and then while there cl...

Yes, the Adventurer. Built with stainless steel instead of galvanised steel framework. First one due is on a B8R chassis.
