The Dyson group has taken ownership of O'Connells of Omeo as from 1/4/17, this includes the 'Alps Link' PTV service, between Bright, Mt Hotham and Omeo.

I'm visaging a dark warehouse with all these old machines thrown in the corner to be forgotten about, like W class trams. That's just my thoughts anyhow.

Nice find indeed! I've got a couple of these myself and found you can take that metal surround on the front off so as not to obscure the destination. I see you have done the same and put the roll in the other way round so the box sits flat. :o

Ex 520 & 523 from Moorabbin Transit. 520 the most recent, a Merc 0405/Volgren was driven almost non stop from Melbourne to Broome when it was picked up! Ex 523 is a MAN 10.180.

Interesting stuff. Is this anything to do with MYKI equipment not being totally reliable with its location sometimes? One would have thought that all buses would now be GPS capable now they are fitted with MYKI equipment?? Sounds like the government only want it to work on Transdev buses for contrac...
