Ships in Tasmanian Waters [Part 2]

Post by LocoLes »

Part 1 of this topic appeared in the TAS buses section. The post includes photos taken with my first camera, a Kodak Brownie Box camera.
Burnie features first with regular visits of overseas vessels. Ships for me were an interesting subject in the 60's and 70's and it was possible to enter the wharves on push-bike to get that closeup photograph. Any comments in regards the photographed vessels are appreciated.

Interesting collection that brings back memories thanks. I've ridden the Princess of Tasmania, one of the Spirits of Tasmania and saw the Empress of Australia being launched at Cockatoo.
