This is the outcome of the last 10 federal elections
1993 Labor
1996,1998,2001,2004 Liberal
2007 Labor
2010 hung Parliament
2013,2016,2019 Liberal
2022 Labor

Was the Liberal party ever leading in the polls before the GST interview leading upto the 1993 election
What happened to Labor in 2004 as they would of been leading in the polls to end a 3 term Liberal government

Mark Latham was the Opposition Leader at the time of the 2004 election, he was quite controversial during that Time and still is controversial, The Liberals had a majority in both the House and the Senate. they were able to easily pass through legislation because they had enough numbers to pass legislation on their own, there were many pieces of Legislation that people disliked, which then resulted in Labor winning in the 2007 election in a Landslide

The Liberals did Lose four seats and Paul Keating gained two in the 1993 election. not too sure what happened but I read that Paul Keating started becoming unpopular with some voters at the time

Will the current NSW premier be the one to break the trend of premiers resigning during the term over mistakes or scandals

Quite possibly, Although, Minns had a minor controversy where he called for a reduction of union influence in the Labor party.

Didn't Mike Baird resign for other reasons?

Something about racing plus was the Bob Carr drop that started the trend of the mid term premier change a resignation or a retirement NSW hasn't had a full term premier since term 2 of Labors last stint in government

That's ridiculous isn't it? Here's Minn's chance (and Labor's) to reset it.

I think Dutton is shooting himself in the foot trying to make a big deal out of nothing when ISIS and Hamas are rising all over the world but that is just my opinion.

As long as it is a free and fair vote so everybody is responsible for whatever happens.

Tom Scott is very smart but he thinks electronic voting is no good https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LkH2r-sNjQs

Geert Wilders won big in Holland. It filled me with joy to read that yesterday. It's very good that the Dutch people finally caught onto reality that unfettered immigration is catastrophic to the nation's well being.

America used to avoid hospitals and schools so ISIS hid in them but Russia just bombed them in Syria and killed the survivors with poison gas.

Most people think an eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth is the right to defend oneself but it has been pointed out to me that is the maximum response so Israel should just send a rocket back every time one comes over.

I heard that many posts by women on Wikipedia were deleted by men so much so they gave up and I had the same problem with 3 YouTube comments where I just said “how about releasing the hostages” so they only leave the comments they like.

Just watching Gaza on ABC and cannot understand why they do not just release the hostages and Israel stop bombing.

I got a good idea when it comes to replacing the fuel tax it's called the stationary vehicle tax which would be 1 cent a second every time a car is stationary at a set of traffic lights at a roundabout in stop start traffic or waiting to turn in or out of a random side street in any suburb or town
Example
Stopped at a set of traffic for 2 minutes that is $1•20 for for sitting stationary for 120 seconds or there is $1 for 1 minute 40 which is 100 seconds

That would encourage people to run res lights & not stop.

I'd remove it all together & just quadruple all traffic penalties. It'll encourage greater enforcement & those who break the law can pay the price.

People can get around that by putting their hand real/parking break on along with putting their car into park as parked cars don't get charged

I do not believe there are any innocents anywhere in the world even though it is incredibly hard to fight against Hitler, Stalin, Putin etc. or drug gangs it is a constant struggle or we get the results and I admire those who have stood against evil in the past. (not sure if I have the guts)

The old saying that if you hang out with crows you will get stones thrown at you still stands in my opinion.
