stupid google maps, decided to take a photo when there was roadwork..... that got me confused...
i've found the location, but i'll give others a go

That was probably the biggest clue. Find a picture of roadworks on google maps along a shopper hopper route.

it appears the second digit is 5, 6, 8, or 9, more likely to be 6 or 8
